Easy Exchanges
Doesn’t fit? No problem! You can return most items within 30 days of delivery and exchange it for a different size. Just make sure the items are in their original condition—unworn & unwashed.

How to Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Shoot us an email at farmtroverts@gmail.com and we’ll email you our exchange form.
  2. Pack It Up: Use the original packaging if you can. If not, no worries—just make sure it’s packed securely.
  3. Ship it Back to Us: Our address will be on the emailed pdf of our exchange form. Mail the item back to us.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we’ll send out your new item ASAP.

Refunds
Because our items are individually made-to-order, we can only refund damaged items or misprinted items. If an item is the wrong size or fits different than you expected please see above for how to exchange.

We try very hard not to let anything bad happen to your items, but sometimes mistakes slip past us. If, for some reason, this happens, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us so we can make it right. We’ll ask for a picture of the damaged item. Once we receive the picture, you can choose whether to have a replacement item shipped to you or if you’d prefer a refund.
