Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease two 9x5 loaf pans.
Beat ½ cup white sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 cup softened butter in bowl until creamy about a minute. Add 4 eggs, 6 mashed bananas, and ¼ cup milk, buttermilk, or sour cream. Stir or beat just until combined.
Add 3 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tbsp cinnamon to the wet mixture. Stir or beat on low, just until combined.
Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake about 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean with only a few crumbs. Let cool about 10 minutes and then remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing for nice slices, or, if you can’t resist warm banana bread like me, slice and eat while warm:)
